There's a very good shareware INIT (BUFFER.INIT, I believe) which works in
conjunction with the keyboard buffer to provide either a 32K or 64K buffer
for TEXT (not graphics mode) printing.  It's great if you run AppleWorks3.0
off of a GS/OS boot (I do it off of a RamKeeper on one machine and a hard
drive on another).
