I seem to remember seeing some source code for an auto folder program
that installed a custom trap #2 which required that a custom trap #13
was installed.  It looked for BIOS #5 (set exception vector) to see if
it was setting the GEM critical error vector found at system variable
$404.  If the trap #2 was not the custom trap #2, then it reinstalled
the custom trap #2.
