Can anybody tell me how to program a MF-II keyboard ?
I read somewhere MF-II keboards are able to send three different kinds of
scancodes - one set of codes for XTs, one for ATs and one that is 
programmable but not used on IBMs and compatibles.
I would like the keyboard to send ATARI ST scancodes and possibly to stop
the autorepeat.
