Does the EISA system require EISA specfic boards such that all periperal devices (i.e. VGA card, HD interface card, etc) are more expensive? 2) Has anyone seen the (new?) Samsung Syncmaster 4? It's a 17" non-interalaced monitor with 1024x768 resolution for under $900.00. It has a flat (low-glare screen) with a 0.31 dot pitch. I know nothing else and the above (except price) is from there ad in Infoworld. Any reviews etc? Thanks in advance. Marc .
