Hopefully someone or a mob of people can answer them! I know A/UX is a UNIX environment for the Mac, but I'm not real familiar with how it works. Does it allow you to run Macintosh- environment programs in a UNIX environment, sort of like running NeXT applications in a UNIX environment? What kind of hartware modifications, if any, are required to run it? What processor type, how much RAM, and how much disk space are required to run a single- user, isolated (ie. no connections to the outside world) workstation? Are there any serious problems with A/UX that people have encountered? And I would GREATLY appreciate any feedback based on personal experience or technical knowledge that anyone can offer!!! THANKS MUCHLY! Christopher Smith St. Olaf College, Northfield MN Internet: smithc@stolaf.edu
