Wait a minute!  Is this an indication (from the powers that be) that
dialog manager abuse is ok?  I'm not alone?

I have gotten to the point of using dialogs for everything myself.
Very rarely do I have a problem coaxing the dialog manager into doing
what I want - no matter how bizarre that might be.
