Note that the authors SELL this source code, which is copyrighted, and 
SPECIFICLY request that anyone buying it NOT distribute it. Giving their
code away is no different than giving away any other licensed product.
The authors have sometimes changed the code to fix problems and have replaced
bad disks for me in the past. The code has been a big help to me 
and is definitely worth the cost ($20 or so). The authors address is found in
the back of their books, so send them a check if you want the code. These
guys did novice mac programmers a great service by writing their books,
and offering their code on disk, and surely don't deserve to be robbed by you.
