Double click the icon you want to edit; you'll get the icon family editor. - if there's no small icons, drag the large icon to the small icon to create one - click the small icon. Double click the marquee (marching ants). Copy. - Now go to a copy of the standard folder icon. Paste the small icon onto the standard folder icon, dragging for a nicd effect.
