It was relatively inexpensive (< $200 if I remember correctly). The advertizement was aimed toward the hobbyist/ midnight engineer type. Something similar for a NeXT would be interesting. It would exclude the growing numbers of slabs out there, but that's what you expect when you buy a machine w/o slots. It seems to me that that company (I don't remember it's name either and, yes, I'm too lazy to go find that add again) should just get a NeXTbus developement package and go to it. It would be interesting to the researcher, hobbiest, developer.
