I remeber that some time ago, someone posted an macro for vi to read 
the current MH mail, i.e. "@".  Does anyone still have a such macro ? 
Does this macro have some formating capability (.e.g. format the mail header, 
add prefix to the included mail )?

Hacking such an macro with some formating capability is a non-trivial task 
for me. Can any gurus help me out ?
