Can anybody tell me whether there are any public-domain SGML
parsers available for UNIX?

If there aren't, I'd like to know about if anyone in this newsgroup
knows what it takes, how easy/difficult it is etc. to buy/license
any of the popular SGML parsers, like the Amsterdam Parser.
