According to my manual of bibTeX 0.99 change.case$
should accept uu, ul, lu and ll as arguments. This
leads to an errormesage however. The function only
seems to accept t and l.
Does anyone know how uu, ul etc. are implemented. 
Or do I just have an obsolete version?
