Hi,
Two AIX 3.1 commands which I need for AIX/PS2 (1.2) are:

  1. dosformat  (seems to me that it's a must on PS/2 platform)
                I know that I can use DOSmerge, but why open a DOSmerge
                virtual terminal, if all I want is format a DOS diskette
                (and after that I'll doswrite on it).

  2. catman (particularly the -w option for the creation of whatis db.

IBM/Locus - any solutions/suggestions ?
