There's a few packages that I know of... One is called XVT (eXtensible Virtual Toolkit) from XVT Software. It allows you to create applications for 6 environments: MacOS, MS Windows, Presentation Manager, X11/Motif, X11/Open Look, and character-based environments. XVT ph: 303-443-4223. Another is called Open Interface by Neuron Data, which allows you to build applications on Macintosh, DOS, OS/2, Unix and VMS environments in MacOS, MS WIndows, Presentation Manager, Motif and Open Look GUI styles.
