I've been using W4W for quite some time without trouble.  My problem
arose when I tried to print an equation generated with W4W with ATM
enabled.  I was able to print the file with ATM disabled.  I'm using the Epson
printer driver with a Star NX-2400.  The character I had trouble with was the
integral sign.  Other graphic equation characters seemed to work fine.
Any suggestions?
