I then want to graph the results, sometimes in honest to goodness 3D charts. I've been doing some of this with Excel 3.0 (which I'm quite pleased with, by the way), but it looks like I'm hitting the limits of its functionality. For example, it doesn't support full 3D (X,Y,Z) scatter charts. Any suggestions for good tools (strong preference for Windows-based) to apply to this task?
