I am having a keyboard problem within windows 3.0 while using Word for
Windows or Windows Write.  While I am typeing I get repeated characters 
randomly.  For example:  if I tyyped this II would make a misstake.

Note the repeated characters when the keys were only pressed once.  I have
set the keyboard repeat rate in set-up down as low as it would go to no avail.

If anybody has any information on this or has seen it before let me know.

The problem does not occur outside of windows applications.
