Can anyone tell me exactly how the files with .dll extensions are used?
I ftp'd a file called icons.dll but neither PROGMAN.EXE nor ICONLIB.EXE
seem to be able to do anything with it. As we don't have any Windows gurus
here yet, any help would be appreciated. Thanks :-)
