I have uploaded to cica a copy of Postman, a utility described in the latest
issue of Microsoft Systems Journal.  For those of you without a MSJ subscrip-
tion, RUN, dont't walk to get your subscription --- I wouldn't do without it!
(Oh yes --- Postman is a complement to Spy: it lets you post any message to
any window currently active.)
