Hi all..... can anyone enlighten me as to how one can get at 
the icon for a windows app? I want to be able to let the user 
choose a windows app from a typical file selection dialog, and 
then display app's icon later on. There must be a way, coz the 
Program Manager does it when building groups.... but how?
