I have an application running on VMS that spawns a detached DECterm and keeps
it around until the application is exited.  What I want to be able to do is
have control over the state (iconified or normal) of the DECterm from within
my application.  For example, I want to "un-iconify" the DECterm when some 
output is written to it.  Is there some command I can use from within my 
application that will do this for me???  I have looked at setting properties
without much success.
