The entire paper isn't availalbe, but most of it. In albuquerque, everything was done except clasified ads and legal notices. We did all ads, display ads and smaller ones too. To start one mostly takes money and a place to house one. It would take between $30,000 and $40,000 for equipment and probably a minimum of $75,000 per year for operating funds to run a decent one.
