I usually use an outline format so that the reader can scan quickly from section to section. I also place information about a group of items at the beginning rather than at the end of a listing--i.e. "Served with salad, baked potato and a roll" Do readers prefer plastic or paper? (I, myeslf, detest reading thermoform.) Does anyone want to see the menus before the convention? I'd be glad to supply ASCII textfiles. I will be working on menus from Trey Yuen, La Riviera, The Gumbo Shop, Ralph and Kacoo's, Olivier's, La Madelein, Massons, Liuzzas, The Napoleon House and (hold on to your pocketbook) Brennan's. And you folks who live/have lived in the Crescent City--care to give any reviews? -- Uucp: ..!{decvax,oliveb}!bunker!hcap!hnews!3800!6!Warren.Figueiredo Internet: Warren.Figueiredo@f6.n3800.z1.fidonet.org
