Before I hack the sources and have a nonstandard version of cnews, I
was wondering if it is possible to pass only local *domain* news on to
another site?

What I am looking for is sort of like the functionality of 'L' flag in
the sys file, but something that treats any machine in *.foo.domain as
eligible for having the news passed on.
