I've been down for awhile but my machine is connected again.

I haven't seen anything in the rec.hunting group and I just wanted
to know if the group is still alive.

[Moderator's note: Yes.  r.h is alive and well.  The rumors of our
death have been greatly exagerated.  There have been about 20 posts in
the last week.]

I would also like to hear some scouting reports about the young
deer or elk that are starting to show up about this time.
