	I want to add a phone line-powered L.E.D. blinker on one
	phone which will activate whenever any other phone in the
	house is off-hook.

	A GTE phone of mine has one built-in already (and masked
	into VLSI's); I want a simple one for all my other phones.

	CAN ANYONE GIVE ME A HAND WITH A SCHEMATIC?
