I am looking to buy a wireless eavesdropping device
for research/recreational use. (Any ex-espionage types
out there?)

Any information on sources, features, and prices 
will be appreciated.  Are there kits available
that I can put together with minimal effort?

(I am also looking into the laws governing the use
of such devices; any expert advice is welcome.)
