I'm new to all this, but want desperately to learn since I have been assigned
the task of evaluating various iron for use by my company.  So, two questions:

A)  What are the "definitive" books on architecture, particularly those
dealing with how best to compare diverse systems.

B)  What the heck is a SPEC mark?!?!  I see this term every other post!
