Parts 7 and 8 from disk one, and parts 1-3 from disk two arrived here today
(Wed 22 May).  That is all we were missing.  Either the parts are coming in
a strange order, or someone reposted them.  If the former case, is that
"normal".  If the latter case, thanks to whoever reposted!
