An article in the March 1991 Issue of SIGMOD Record, titled "An Modular
and Open OODBS" mentioned (on P.51) mentioned the ANSI OODBTG effort and the
existence of a final report from the ANSI X3 study group. Does anyone
know how and where can I get hold of a copy of this report?
