Don't I clearly state that a V.42bis modem ***** can ***** fallback to MNP-5 if the modem manufacturer built in this ***** special ***** addition to the modem? I specifically didn't state that it was a feature of V.42bis because it isn't. It is the modem manufacturers option to provide a fallback mode.
