Does anybody out there have utilities to convert TrueType or Postscript fonts
to Acorn's Font Manager?

Since this is highly unlikely, can somebody point me in the direction of specs
for the font files - I have a spec for .afm files, but need specs for the
actual font defs - and of course, TrueType files just leave me baffled...

PS: trivia question - whatever happened to Type 2 fonts?
