I am looking for recommendations on a book for c++. I would prefer a intermediat e to advanced levels, which can also be a sort of refernce book. I have mainly done programming in pascal and fortran and a little bit of C. Please email a list in order of preference. I also have access to C++ on Apollo workstations and TurboC++. Which is a better platform for a beginner to start coding. Thanks in advance, Ramkumar Kashyap
