I'm posting for a friend who's having problems recompiling
g++ on SCO UNIX and AT&T Unix V Rel 3.2.  He complained that he was missing 
a file called README-ENCAP.  I've looked at our g++ version 1.36 and couldn't
find any such animal.  Could anyone shed some light on this?
