	Hi;

	I need a software package that can solve a NON-LINEAR NON-CONVEX optimization

problem with a set of LINEAR constraints, to find the GLOBAL minimum. 

	For example, I would like to see if somebody has a package for SIMULATED 

ANNEALING, or other applicable algorithms.

	Any help, comment, and suggestion in this regard is highly appreciated.
