A user here is trying to link a Fortran envelope
program to a Pascal subroutine module.  Predictably
it didn't work the first time;  the linker com-
plained about something or other, not recognizing
the Pascal subroutine...

Please mail me your basic warnings/considerations
for trying such a stunt;  any special libraries
he needs to reference when linking??  Special
instructions for compiling the Pascal and Fortran
subprograms??
