Mark - according to the JPI 1991 Compiler catalog, several of the routines(TSR,
RS232, LIM, Int24) have been moved from the Techkit to the M2 Library Source
kit.  You'll have to buy the 3.0 Library source to get the 3.0 TSR routines
(presuming, of course, that they are different from the earlier versions).
