I may soon be in a position to influence a vendor to include PERL in their 
software distribution.  Before I can argue that this would be a good thing I 
need some information.  First, how many workstation vendors are currently 
(or plan in the near future) shipping PERL? Second, why should a vendor 
ship PERL? And last (directed mostly at Larry) what are the ramifications 
(i.e. licensing restrictions) of shipping PERL?
