The alpha version of perl cops is available via anon-ftp, at cert.sei.cmu.edu [128.237.253.5] in ~ftp/pub/cops/perl.alpha. I could probably be cajoled into mailing you a copy, but unless you're really going to play with the package a lot and get comments back to us, you might want to wait a wee bit: we expect to have a beta version as soon as the alpha people have hammered most of the kinks out (or at least alerted us to them).
