Is there a "ps-select" a la dviselect that will allow a user to 
print only a page range of a larger document?

BTW: I'm still working on the Mac ps > TeX > dvi(2)ps problem!  Many 
thanks to the people who sent ideas and comiserations.  I will get back
to you with results as soon as I get some... (positive ones, I mean!)
