If anyone has some good references to ATPG (except perhaps the more well known 
ones by Roth, Schulz, Shimono and Fujiwara) I'd be obliged for a copy of the 
list(s).

I'm especially interested in attempts to use parallel processing for ATPG.

If I get enough replies I'll post a message to the newsgroup and e-mail a copy 
to anyone who asks. If the list is small, I'll send the it to the newsgoup 
unedited.
