Hello, all,

I am trying to establish my Dad with cheap access to Internet email so
we can keep in touch when I leave the country.  He is in Montreal.  Any
recommended approaches?  What are the options?

Are any of the following available from Montreal?
  Public access Unix?
  GEnie?
  MCI Mail?
  Compu$erve (although I'd like to avoid CIS if possible)
  Prodigy?
  Anything else?
