(I have a long list of people who mentioned they were interested in it about 2 months ago; sorry it's taking so long.) I want to try to develop on the points that the Waite group's "Unix Communications" hit upon, along with encorporate a number of other things. (And make it os-neutral..not Unix-specific, or any other.) Anyway, I want to include a section mentioning services & resources that're available over the Internet *for a fee*. This doesn't mean Internet service providers (e.g. PSI, UUnet, MSEN); rather, things like services that you can telnet to (GenBank) or interact with in some other way (Clarinet). Are there very many?
