The gateway between ACM-L and  the USENET newsgroup comp.org.acm has been
established. The purpose of both the list and the newsgroup is to discuss
issues about  the nonprofit  organization, The Association  for Computing
Machinery.

If there are any problems with the gateway operation, please contact me.
