The problem is that the minix loader/kernel/whatever does not realise that the hard disk exists, since it only checks for bus drives. Now, is there someone out there who has one of these beasts working with minix, or does anyone have any ideas as to how I would go about writing a driver for it? The hard disk just plugs into the parallel port, and uses a special device under AmigaDos. Would there be a way for Minix to use the existing driver? Can it use the hard disk at all?
