Just a couple of quick ones:

(1) Has anyone ported G++ to Minix/386 (Minix 1.5.10 with Bruce Evan's
386 patches)?

(2) I have just added a 1.44M 3.5inch floppy.  Has anyone figured out
the parameters for formatting this beast using Bruce Evan's Format
program?

(3) While I'm at it, has anyone been able to make a 1.44M shoelace
boot disk?  Specifically, what do I have to fill in to /etc/disktab
to laceup the floppy?
