The MsDos archivers are available for example from the /pc/arcers
directory, and the Unix counterparts from /unix/ts directory at our
anonymous ftp site, and from many other ftp sites as well.  If you
don't know how to go about figuring out how to transfer and handle
archived files, you are welcome to email for our prerecorded
instructions as a starting point.
