IBM and Borland jointly announced on Thursday May 16 that Borland will 
develop object oriented programming languages and development tools for IBM'
s OS/2 version 2.0.  The Borland products are to become available in early 
1992.

The first product expected to ship under the new agreement will be Borland's 
C++ for OS/2 version 2.0.

I think this is GREAT news.
