Could you please help me find an official IBM software distributor 
participating in the latest IBM offer to upgrade DOS users to IBM OS/2 1.3 
SE for approx. $99.  I have called every Computerland and MicroAge store in 
the book and get the same response, "What upgrade offer???...I dont know 
anything about an upgrade offer!!!??...".  I am starting to think that it 
may be impossible to get OS/2 1.3 SE in CT with this upgrade offer from IBM. 
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
