To anyone getting the WLO apps from my system or elsewhere, it seems that 
the version I have here (dated january 16) is out of date.  There is a newer 
set dated some time in May that should be coming around soon.
 
If you haven't done the Big Download yet, you might want to hold off for a 
couple of days.
